Place-IL (by Anu Banu) is a non-profit dedicated to creating life-changing career opportunities for underrepresented populations. We build bridges between untapped talent and the tech industry through hands-on experience and high-standard screening. We don't just talk about diversity; we build the infrastructure to make it happen.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking experienced tech leaders and developers ready to give back:

Software Engineering Managers

Developers (2+ years of experience)

Hands-on expertise in ML/AI systems and AI development tools

Program Commitment
Mentorship: 1 hour per week (flexible scheduling) for two candidates.

Duration: March 1, 2026 – April 26, 2026 (excluding holidays).

In-Person Events (Tel Aviv):

April 26: Demo Day & Graduation
